1. Method of Entry
Users may join the Couponing AI service where available via: This website, SMS, or Mobile Internet.
2. Premium SMS Weekly Access – General Terms & Conditions
2.1. By submitting your mobile number via our website, online promotions, or other entry channels, you agree to join the Couponing AI service. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date. We may request verification of your identity, age, or contact details.
2.2. Participation may result in billing via SMS. Messages received on your mobile device will incur charges as outlined below.
Billing via SMS
2.3. Upon providing your mobile number, you will either receive a PIN code via SMS for confirmation or be asked to validate via text reply. Successful confirmation validates your subscription to our AI-driven coupon alerts.
2.4. Once confirmed, you will receive a “Thank you” SMS confirming your subscription. Only consider your subscription active if you have received this confirmation.
2.5. You can cancel at any time by replying “STOP” before receiving any premium messages. A free cost reminder will always be sent before billing starts, which includes instructions for cancellation. Save this message for reference.
2.6. After confirmation, you will receive up to three SMS messages per week containing exclusive AI-curated coupon offers from popular national and international brands.
2.7. Each message will be billed at £1.50, up to a maximum of three messages per week.
2.8. If a premium message fails to deliver before a STOP request is sent, your network provider may attempt redelivery. Couponing AI ensures no new charges are initiated after a valid STOP is received. You will receive a free SMS confirming cancellation.
2.9. Couponing AI may modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
3. Consideration Period
If you cancel within 14 days of signup, you may request a refund for up to the first two weeks of service. Contact Customer Support at 02477752907 to request a refund.
4. Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages, text STOP to any service message received. You must receive a free confirmation SMS indicating your unsubscription (e.g., "FreeMsg: You have been unsubscribed from Couponing AI"). If subscribed to multiple shortcodes, STOP messages must be sent to each.
5. General Terms
5.1. Couponing AI reserves the right to suspend, modify, or end the service or subscription at any time.
6. Our Liability
6.1. Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid in subscription fees.
6.2. We are not responsible for:
- Loss or damage unforeseeable at the time of agreement.
- Data/system corruption.
- Third-party actions including but not limited to coupon validity or availability.
7. Email & Mobile Marketing Terms
7.1. By providing your email and/or mobile number, you agree to receive occasional updates about new AI-discovered offers and exclusive discounts from Couponing AI or its parent company. To unsubscribe, click the link in the email or contact our support.

8. Assignment
Couponing AI, a brand operated by Mobixas B.V., may assign this agreement without notice. Users may not transfer their rights or obligations.

10. Updates to Terms

11. Complaints Procedure
11.1. We aim to resolve all complaints respectfully and promptly. You can make a complaint by:

11.2. All complaints will be investigated by senior staff. You will receive an initial response within 2 working days, and we aim to resolve all issues within 10 working days.
11.3. If your complaint involves a service representative or third-party coupon provider, we may request proof and supporting documentation.
11.4. If unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the complaint to the appropriate governing body.
